International expansion

The name Eurostars Hotels is a faithful reflection of the objective that the brand is seeking: to achieve presence in the major European capital cities, without diminishing its prominence in the Spanish market.

The chain currently has on offer the Eurostars Vienna**** (Vienna, Austria), the Eurostars Montgomery***** and thel Eurostars Grand Place**** (Brussels, Belgium), the Eurostars International Palace****, the Eurostars Roma Congress Hotel & Conference Center**** and the Eurostars Domus Aurea**** (all in Rome, Italy), the Eurostars Toscana**** (Lucca, Italy), the Eurostars Das Artes**** (Oporto, Portugal) and the Eurostars Thalia***** (Prague Czech Republic), which is about to open. Apart from this ample presence on the Old Continent, in August 2006 the chain opened its first establishment on the continent of America, the Eurostars Zona Rosa Suites***** (Mexico City), to which it has recently added the Claridge Hotel***** (Buenos Aires, Argentina).

In addition, a second project is under way in Prague (Czech Republic): the Eurostars David***** and a second establishment in México City, the Eurostars Suites Michelangelo*****.

The considerable number of establishments integrated within the company’s direct operation division, some of which are in places of great interest for tourists, such as Paris or London, allow for a Eurostars Hotels growth estimate of around five hotels per year.
