The hotel's team of chefs, managed by Antonio Álvarez, invites their guests to savour the flavour-rich touches to such succulent dishes as tuna sprinkled with onions in a saffron sauce, pork sirloin and veal or beef in a Pedro Ximénez sherry sauce, to name but a few.
