30/06/2008 Literature and travel book lovers are to be congratulated. The fourth edition of the Eurostars Hotels Travel Narrative Award has received over 30 competing entries; manuscripts by Spanish, Argentinean, Mexican, French, Panamanian, Belgian or Colombian writers. An exciting assortment of proposals from amongst which will be chosen the next book to be distributed free of charge, throughout the 4,000 plus guestrooms belonging to Eurostars Hotels establishments.

The writer’s identity and the winning book will be revealed next September, during a special function to be held in Barcelona. The Eurostars Hotels Travel Narrative Award is organized by the Hotusa Group in conjunction with BarcelonaUniversity and the publishers, RBA Libros, S.A. The competition awards one sole prize of 18,000 euros to the story or set of stories that is judged to be the best of all those entered for the competition. In addition to the important literary prize, the competition offers another attraction, namely, distribution of the book in all the hotel rooms belonging to the approximately fifty Eurostars Hotels establishments in Spain, various European countries and Latin America.
